Yes, in most cases they can. The booking screens are built to run in an ordinary web browser, so there is usually nothing to install. Any member of your team with a login and an internet connection can sign in from a phone or a tablet and carry on with the same bookings they were working on at their desk, which helps when someone is at an airport, visiting a corporate client or out at a travel fair.

What feels comfortable on a small screen does vary by task. Looking up a customer, opening a booking, checking a passenger name, resending a confirmation or glancing at the departures coming up in the next few days all tend to work well. Longer jobs are a different matter. Entering several passengers, putting together a journey with many segments, loading your own contracted rates or working through a detailed sales report are simply easier on a laptop, because you can see the whole form at once and make fewer mistakes.

There are honest limits worth knowing. Which modules your team can reach from a mobile depends on your plan and on the access level you have given each user. Some steps also hand the traveller over to a supplier page, such as a card payment screen or an airline page, and those pages are controlled by the supplier, so they may look or behave differently on a phone than the rest of your portal does.

Before you rely on it, give one or two of your agents a real login and ask them to complete a normal booking end to end on the phones and tablets your team actually carries, and check their permissions so nothing sensitive is reachable from a shared or personal device.

Saved.
