Yes, in most cases you can choose which products show on your white label travel portal and hide the rest. Many agencies start with just flights and hotels because that is what their customers ask for, and they leave transfers, tours, packages or other products switched off until they are ready. Hiding a product usually means it disappears from the search tabs and the menu, so your customers never see it and cannot try to book it.
What you can hide depends on your plan and on which supplier connections your portal is set up with. If a product is not part of your plan, it simply will not be there in the first place. If it is included, it can normally be turned off and turned back on later without rebuilding your site. Keep in mind that some extras travel with the main product rather than sitting on their own, so things like baggage or seats appear inside the flight booking steps and are not a separate section you can remove.
Turning something back on later is not always instant. If it needs a new supplier connection or your own credentials with that supplier, there can be a wait while the supplier approves you, and some suppliers set their own conditions before they let an agency sell. That part is outside our hands, so we cannot promise a date for it.
Before your portal goes live, write down the products you want your customers to see on day one, then ask our support team to confirm which of the others can simply be hidden and which would need a fresh supplier connection if you want them later.
