Yes, in most cases you can, though it depends on the plan you are on and on the agent to agent part of the portal being switched on for you. The idea is straightforward. Alongside the logins you give your own staff, you create separate logins for the other travel agents who want to sell through you. They search and book on the same portal, they see it under your brand, and they do not see the rates you are working with behind the scenes.

On pricing, you normally stay in control of what each agent sees. You can set one markup or commission level for one group of agents and a different level for another, so a partner who brings you steady business can be given better terms than someone who books now and again. In most setups you can also decide whether an agent has to pay at the time of booking or works against a balance you top up for them, and you can stop an agent from booking if you need to.

Reporting follows the same pattern. Every booking is recorded against the agent who made it, so you can see who is selling what, check what is owed and settle at the end of the month without piecing it together by hand.

There are two honest limits worth knowing. Some suppliers set conditions about their content being resold through another party, so that should be checked before you promise anything to a partner. And how far you can go with credit limits and agent groups is not the same on every plan. Tell us roughly how many agents you expect to sign up and how you want them to pay, and we can confirm what your current setup allows before you start inviting them in.

Saved.
