No, your customers will not see anyone else's brand on your portal, because that is the whole point of white labelling. Your logo sits at the top, the site runs on your own domain, your colours and contact details appear throughout, and confirmation emails go out under your business name. As far as the traveller is concerned, they are booking with you.

There are a few honest exceptions worth knowing about. If your customer pays by card, the payment page and the entry on their bank statement will show your payment gateway and your registered business name rather than ours. Airline tickets and hotel vouchers carry the name of the airline or the hotel that is actually providing the service, because your customer needs that at the airport or at the front desk. A small number of suppliers also insist that their own name stays visible on certain products, so that part depends on the supplier rather than on us.

How far you can take the look and feel depends on the plan you are on. Changing the logo, colours, banners and page text is standard. Deeper changes to the layout and to the wording on emails and travel documents usually sit on the higher plans, so it is worth asking us first before you promise a particular design to anyone.

Before you go live, make a test booking on your own site right through to the confirmation email and the voucher, and look carefully at every screen your customer sees. If a name that is not yours turns up anywhere in that chain, send us the page and we will tell you whether it can be changed.

Saved.
