Yes, most of the everyday changes are yours to make from your own admin login, without waiting on us. Things like your logo, your banner images, the wording on your home page, your contact details, your terms and conditions, your about us page and your blog posts are normally editable by you whenever you like. The idea is that you should not have to raise a request just to swap a holiday banner or fix a spelling mistake before a busy season.

Where it gets less simple is the deeper layout. Moving the search box to a different place, changing how the results page is arranged, or adding a completely new kind of page is design work rather than content work, and that usually needs our team. How much of this you can do on your own also depends on the plan you are on, because some plans come with a more flexible design setup than others. So the honest answer is that text and images are self service, while structure is a conversation.

One thing worth knowing is that the live supplier content is not editable in the same way. Hotel descriptions, hotel photos, airline names and room details come through from the suppliers, so you cannot rewrite those from your admin panel. You can control your own surrounding pages and your own marketing copy, but the inventory content stays as the supplier sends it.

When you are looking at a portal, ask to be shown the admin screens where content is edited, and ask plainly which parts of your chosen plan you can change yourself and which ones come back to us.

Saved.
