Yes, in most cases you can build a quote with more than one option and send it to your customer before any booking is made. The usual way this works is that your staff search as normal, save the results they like into a quote, add their own notes or a covering message, and then share it with the customer as a document or a link. The customer can look at the choices in their own time and come back to you with the one they want.

What the quote looks like depends on your setup. On most plans the quote carries your agency name, logo and contact details, and shows the selling price with your markup already applied rather than the net cost. Some setups also let the customer pick an option themselves from the link, which saves your staff going back and forth by email. Whether you get a simple document, a branded page or a link the customer can act on depends on the plan you are on, so it is worth checking that before you promise anything to a client.

The one thing to be honest about is price. A quote is not a held booking. Hotel rates and availability come from the supplier and can move or sell out while the customer is thinking, so the price you quoted may need to be checked again at the time of booking. Many agencies deal with this by putting a short validity period on the quote and telling the customer the rate is subject to confirmation.

If this matters to how you sell, ask us to show you the quote options available on your plan and how the price is rechecked when the customer accepts.

Saved.
