Yes, in most cases you can use your own payment gateway so that card payments from your travel website land straight in your own bank account.

The software gives you a place to enter the details your gateway hands over once your merchant account is approved. From then on your customer pays on your own checkout, the money goes to your account rather than passing through us, and the payment is recorded against the booking so you can match what came in with what you sold. You can also keep other ways of collecting money alongside it, such as a bank transfer or cash taken in the office, and mark those against the same booking.

What we cannot promise is that every gateway will work. It depends on which ones we already support and on the plan you are on, so one we have not connected before may need extra setup work and take longer to go live. It also depends on your own bank agreeing to process travel payments, because travel is treated as a higher risk trade and some will ask for more documents or set conditions before they approve an agency.

It is also worth knowing that money arriving in your bank and paying the supplier are two separate things, since many suppliers take payment from your deposit at the moment of booking while card settlements reach you later, so you need a working balance to cover that gap. Ask your bank or gateway first whether your account is cleared for travel, then tell us which one you want to use so we can confirm it can be connected.

Saved.
