Yes, in most cases it will, though how quickly and how clearly depends on the airline and the supplier the booking came through. When a flight time moves, the airline sends a change message against the booking. Where your supplier passes that message on to us, we can show it against the booking in your system and alert your team so you are not finding out from the customer.

The way this arrives is not the same for every supplier. Bookings made through a full content source usually carry proper schedule change messages, so the new timing shows up against the record and your staff can see what changed. Some low cost airlines work differently and send the notice by email to whoever made the booking, which means the alert lands with your office rather than inside the booking screen. If you sell through several suppliers, you may well get a mix of both, so it is worth knowing which of yours does what.

It is also fair to say the software flags the change rather than fixing it. Deciding whether to accept the new timing, ask for a different flight or request a refund still sits with your team, and what you are allowed to do is set by the airline's own rules for that fare. We can make sure the alert reaches the right person quickly, but we cannot promise an outcome the airline does not offer.

Tell us which airlines and suppliers matter most to you, and we will confirm what change notices each one sends so your team can build a short daily routine around checking them.

Saved.
