Yes, you can usually keep a saved traveller profile for your regular customers, and your staff can pull those details into a new booking instead of typing them again. A profile normally holds the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry date, plus contact details and any preferences such as a seat or meal choice. For corporate accounts you can group travellers under the company, so whoever books on their behalf sees the same list.

How much of this is filled in automatically does depend on the supplier and the product. Flight bookings generally accept passport and date of birth fields cleanly, so saved details carry straight through. Hotels often need little more than a lead guest name, and some suppliers ask for extra information such as a visa or residence detail only for certain destinations, which your staff may still have to enter by hand at the time of booking.

Be aware that passport data is personal data, so it comes with responsibilities. You should only keep it with the traveller's agreement, limit which of your staff can view the full number, and have a way to remove a profile when a customer asks. Many setups also warn you when a stored passport is close to expiry, which saves a lot of trouble later. Whether those controls are included, and how detailed they are, can vary with your plan.

Before you start loading customer records, check which fields your chosen suppliers actually require and ask us to confirm what permission settings and retention options your plan gives you.

Saved.
