Yes, in most cases you can show hotels you have contracted yourself in the same search results as the ones coming through a hotel booking API, so your customer sees one combined list rather than having to look in two places.

The way this normally works is that you supply the details of each property you have a contract for, including the room types, the board basis, the rates for each season, how many rooms you are allowed to sell and the cancellation rules you agreed with the hotel. Those rates are then stored on your portal and matched against the same city, date and guest search that the API hotels answer, so a direct contract can sit next to a supplier rate for the same destination. Where you have your own rate for a property that the API also returns, it is usually possible to decide which one your customers see.

There are real limits to be honest about. Direct contracts are only as accurate as the information you keep up to date, because there is no live supplier feed telling the portal that rooms have gone, so you need a process for updating allocation and closing out dates. The amount of direct contract loading available to you, and whether you can load it yourself or need it set up for you, depends on your plan. Some older or very small properties also need matching to location data before they will appear correctly in results.

A good next step is to list the properties you contract directly and check how many rooms and seasons each one involves, then ask us to confirm what your current plan covers for loading them.

Saved.
