Yes, you can normally give your customers their own login area on your travel website so they can look up their trips themselves. It usually sits behind a sign in page on your own site, carries your own branding, and each traveller or company sees only their own records and nothing belonging to anyone else.

In a typical setup the customer signs in and sees their upcoming trips with travel dates, passenger names and the booking reference, along with invoices and vouchers they can download or print again if they have lost the email. Past trips are usually listed too, which saves your team digging through old files when someone asks what they paid last year or where they stayed. For corporate clients this is often arranged so a travel manager or office administrator can see the trips of all the staff they book for, rather than just their own.

What a customer is allowed to do, as opposed to see, is a separate decision. Many agencies keep the area read only so that any change or cancellation request comes through to a human first, because change rules and fees differ from one airline or hotel to the next and a customer acting alone can easily trigger a charge they did not expect. How much trip detail appears also depends on what the supplier sends back for that booking, and whether a customer login area is included at all depends on your plan.

Before you launch it, write down the short list of things you want customers to see and whether you want them to request changes or only view, then ask us to confirm which of those your plan covers.

Saved.
