Can I see which of my staff made a booking or changed it afterwards?
Yes, in most setups you can. Every booking in the software is linked to the login that created it, so you can open a booking and see which member of your team made it and when. Later activity is usually kept as a history on the same booking, so if someone cancels it, edits the price, changes a passenger name or adds a payment, that action is recorded against their login too.
For this to be useful, each person in your office needs their own login rather than everyone sharing one. If your staff share a single login, the software can only tell you that the shared login did something, not who was sitting at the desk. Setting up separate logins also lets you decide what each person is allowed to do, which tends to prevent problems rather than just record them.
There are honest limits. The software can only record what passes through it, so if one of your staff phones an airline or a hotel directly and makes a change at the supplier's end, that change will not show up in the history by itself. How much detail is kept, and how far back you can look, can also vary with your plan and with how your portal is set up, so it is worth checking rather than assuming.
The simplest next step is to ask us to walk you through the booking history on one of your own bookings, and at the same time confirm that every member of your team has their own login before you start relying on it.
