Yes, in most cases you can. The documents your customers receive after booking, such as the hotel voucher, the itinerary and the confirmation summary, can carry your agency name, your logo and the contact details you want travellers to use. The idea is that your customer sees your brand from search right through to the paperwork they carry on the trip, and never sees who sits behind you supplying the rates.

There are limits worth knowing about. An airline electronic ticket is issued by the airline itself, so its layout and wording are fixed and we cannot restyle it. What you can do is send that ticket along with your own branded itinerary sheet so the overall pack still looks like yours. Some hotel and activity suppliers also insist that their own voucher is the one presented at the desk or at the meeting point, and in those cases the supplier document has to go out as it is, usually attached behind your covering page.

How much you can change yourself also depends on your plan and how your portal is set up. Uploading a logo, setting your agency details and choosing which documents go out is normally something you control. Reworking the layout, adding your terms and conditions text or changing the wording of the automatic emails may need our team to do it with you during setup rather than being a switch you flip.

The simplest next step is to make a test booking of each type you sell, look at every document it produces, and tell us which parts you want branded differently so we can confirm what the suppliers allow.

Saved.
