It depends on what features come with your booking system and how much you set up yourself. Some travel portals can send an automated message to your customer after their stay ends, asking them to rate the hotel or leave feedback. This helps you understand which properties are performing well and which ones might need attention. However, not every system includes this as standard, so you will need to check what your booking platform offers and whether it is included in your plan.

Even if your portal does not have a built in review feature, you can always collect feedback manually by sending a follow up email to your customer after their trip. This gives you valuable information about their experience with both the hotel and your service. Some travel businesses find that a simple message asking how their stay went makes customers feel valued and often leads to repeat bookings. You can keep these comments in your customer records to help you make better recommendations next time.

The hotel itself will also be sending feedback requests to your guest directly, which is separate from what you do. That helps the hotel improve, but it does not tell you what your customer thought. Asking for your own feedback is a good business practice because it strengthens your relationship with the customer and gives you real data about which hotels to push and which ones to avoid. Check with your booking system provider about whether this feature is available and how to set it up for your customers.
