You will see the room types that the hotel supplier chooses to make available through the API, but this may not be every single room type that exists at that hotel. However, if a guest finds a room type on the hotel's own website that does not appear in your search results, it means that particular room was not included in what the supplier sent to the API. This is one of the limitations of working with API suppliers rather than having direct connections with every hotel.

If you want to offer your customers the broadest choice of rooms at a particular hotel, you may need to either connect to multiple hotel suppliers so you can compare what each one offers, or add your own inventory for that hotel if you have a direct relationship with it.
