Yes, low cost airlines can usually be shown alongside the regular carriers, but which ones actually appear depends on the suppliers connected to your account and the plan you are on. Budget airlines are not all reached in the same way, so the list is never identical for every agency or every country. In most setups you will see a good mix of the budget airlines that matter on your main routes, and others can often be added later if a supplier for them is available to you.

It helps to know that budget airlines behave differently once a booking starts. They normally want the full amount at the time of ticketing, so holding a seat and paying later is often not possible. Baggage, seats and meals are usually sold as paid extras rather than being included in the fare, and refunds can be limited or given back as airline credit rather than money. Changes follow the airline's own rules and fees, which we pass on exactly as the airline gives them to us rather than setting them ourselves.

On your website the results sit together in one search, so your customer sees the budget and the full service options side by side and can compare them properly. The checkout steps may differ a little, because a low cost booking can ask for extras to be chosen before payment, and the ticket reference may arrive in a different format. Your markup and service fee settings still apply in the same way.

The best next step is to tell us the routes you sell most often, so we can confirm which low cost airlines are available to you and run a few test searches together before you go live.
