Yes, your portal can be offered in more than one language, though how much of the page actually changes depends on where each piece of text comes from. The parts that belong to the portal itself, such as the menus, the search form, the buttons, the checkout steps and the confirmation emails your customer receives, can be translated and saved for every language you want to sell in. Your customer either picks a language from the site or is shown one based on their browser settings, and the whole frame of the site switches over.

The harder part is the content that arrives from your suppliers. Hotel names, room descriptions, property facilities, fare rules and airline conditions reach the portal through the API in whatever languages that supplier chooses to publish. Some suppliers return several languages, some return English only. Where a supplier does not offer the language you want, that block of text stays in English even though everything around it has changed, and we cannot translate it for you reliably because the wording is contractual.

Anything you write yourself is fully yours to control. Your destination pages, your terms, your about page and your help text can each be kept in a separate version per language and edited from your admin area, so you are never stuck with a translation you did not approve. The same applies to the wording in your emails.

If you have a language in mind, tell us which one and which suppliers you plan to use, and we will check what those suppliers actually return before you promise it to your customers.

Saved.
