Can I see photos and room details for every hotel property through my booking API?

Yes, but what you see depends on what the hotel supplier provides to us. Most hotel properties in our system come with photos, room descriptions, and details about amenities and bed types. When your customers search or look at a hotel before booking, these details should display through your portal or application so they know what they are paying for.

Some smaller or independent properties may have limited information available. A few properties might have only basic details without photos, or the photos and descriptions might not be as detailed as you would like. This is not something we can control on our side because the information comes directly from the supplier, and we can only show you what they give us.

The room details that appear before booking, like bed type and room size, come through the same way. You will see this information if the supplier has provided it, but occasionally a property might not have specified every detail about every room category they offer. When your customers book, they should see enough information to make a choice, but if a particular property has gaps in their data, there is not much we can do to fill them in.

Check your portal's hotel search results to see what photos and descriptions are showing up for the properties your customers ask about most. If you notice a hotel that is missing important details, let us know and we can look into whether that information is available from the supplier.
