Yes, in most cases you can. Hotel booking APIs usually let you keep a list of properties you do not want shown, and the portal filters those out of search results and the hotel details pages before your customer ever sees them. Agencies use this for hotels that have given them trouble, properties that do not suit their type of traveller, or places they would rather sell direct from their own contract instead of through the API.
How the filter is set up depends on what the supplier gives us to work with. Some suppliers send a stable hotel code for every property, which makes exclusions reliable and easy to maintain. Others are less consistent, and the same hotel can appear under a slightly different code from a second supplier, so a property you blocked in one place can still slip through from another. Where that happens we match on name and address as well, but it is sensible to check your live results after the list is applied rather than assume every single case is caught.
You can normally work at more than one level too, so you might block a single property, a whole chain, or a star rating band you do not want to offer, and in some setups you can apply different rules to different agent logins or sub brands selling through your portal. Whether all of those options are open to you depends on your plan and on the supplier you are connected to, so it is worth confirming before you build a long list.
If you already know which properties you want gone, send us the hotel names and cities and we will tell you what can be filtered on your current connections and what needs a workaround.
