Yes, you can. A white label portal is meant to look like your own website, so your logo, your colour scheme, your fonts, your banner images and your homepage text are normally all yours to set. Most agencies get the brand side looking right fairly quickly, because these are settings rather than rebuilds.

Layout is a bit more mixed, and it is worth being clear about that. The search and booking pages tend to follow a structure that has been tested for conversion and for handling live supplier data, so you can usually move and restyle sections within that structure, but a completely different page design is custom design work rather than a setting you switch on. How much of this is included will depend on your plan, so ask before you promise anything to a client or a partner.

Your branding should also carry through to what the customer receives after booking. Confirmation emails, vouchers and invoices normally show your name and logo rather than anyone else's. The one exception is documents that come straight from a supplier or an airline, which may keep their own branding because the supplier controls that, and in some cases their terms require it.

The practical next step is to gather your logo files, your exact brand colours and any font you already use on your main website, then ask which pages you can edit yourself and which ones need design help on your current plan.

Saved.
