Yes, it is built to work on a phone as well as a computer. The pages adjust to the size of the screen, so the search box, the results, the passenger details form and the payment step all stay usable on a small display. Most travel businesses now see more traffic from phones than from desktops, so this is treated as normal rather than as an extra.

There are a few places where the experience is not identical. Some content that comes from suppliers is simply heavy, such as long hotel descriptions, large photo galleries and airline seat maps, so on a phone these appear in a more compact form and take a little longer to load on a slow connection. The payment screen itself usually belongs to your payment provider or your bank, so that one step will look the way they designed it and we cannot change its appearance for you. How much of the layout you can adjust yourself also depends on your plan, so it is worth confirming that before you plan a redesign.

The part that is in your hands is the content you add. If you upload your own banners, home page pictures or extra pages, they can look fine on a computer and still sit awkwardly on a phone, and very large image files will slow the site down for customers using mobile data. Keeping images reasonably sized and text short helps more than anything else.

Before you start promoting your site, open it on your own phone and run a real search all the way through to the payment screen, then do the same on a tablet, so you see exactly what your customers will see.

Saved.
