Yes, hotel photos and descriptions come through with the prices, so your customers see more than just a name and a rate. A search normally returns the property name, star rating, address and map position, a photo gallery, a written description, the room names and the facilities on offer, such as parking, breakfast or a pool. All of that sits on your own pages in your own branding, so it looks like your website rather than a bare price list.

How rich that content is does depend on the supplier behind each hotel. Large city hotels and chain properties usually come with plenty of good photos and a full description. Smaller guest houses and properties in quieter areas sometimes have only one or two images and a short paragraph, and the text is occasionally in English only even when the rest of your site is in another language. We can show what the supplier sends us, but we cannot invent photos that do not exist.

If you want to improve on what arrives automatically, there is often room to add your own wording for the hotels you sell most, or to choose which image shows first in the results. Whether that is included for you depends on your plan, so please ask rather than assume.

Run a few searches in the destinations you sell most and look at the results the way your customer would, then tell us any hotels where the photos or the description look thin so we can check what the supplier is returning for them.

Saved.
