The documents carry your own agency name, logo and contact details, along with the booking reference, the traveller names, the dates and the supplier terms that came through with the booking.

There are limits that depend on the supplier rather than on us. A hotel voucher can usually go out the moment the booking is confirmed, because the reference is returned right away. A flight document depends on when the ticket is actually issued, so if an airline confirms the booking first and issues the ticket a little later, the e-ticket only goes out once that number comes back.
