Yes, in most cases your white label travel website can show prices in the currency your customers are used to seeing, though how many currencies you get, and how the conversion works, depends on your plan and on the suppliers sitting behind your search results.

It helps to separate two things. The first is the currency shown on the screen. Suppliers usually quote in their own currency, and the portal converts that into the currency you have chosen for display, using a conversion rate set for your account. Because that is a conversion rather than a fresh quote from the supplier, you may see small rounding differences, so allow for that when you set your markup and a moving rate will not quietly eat into your margin.

The second is the currency your customer is actually charged in. That is decided by your payment provider and your bank, not by the website. Some gateways only settle in one currency, and in that case the card is charged in that currency even though the page was shown in another, and the customer's own bank may add a further conversion of its own. Where a gateway does support several currencies, the portal can normally pass the one the customer chose straight through to it.

A sensible next step is to write down the currencies your customers really book in, check with your payment provider which of those it can accept and settle into your account, and then ask us to confirm which display currencies are available on your plan before you advertise them on your site.

Saved.
