Can my white label travel website be shown in my local language as well as English?
Yes, in most cases a white label travel website can be shown in more than one language, with a language switcher so your customer picks the one they prefer. The parts we control, such as the menus, buttons, search boxes, form labels, error messages and the standard wording on the booking pages, can be translated and stored so the site remembers the choice. Any pages you write yourself, like your about us page or your terms, you would supply in each language you want to offer.
The honest limit is the content that comes from the suppliers. Hotel names, hotel descriptions, room type names, facility lists, airline fare conditions and cancellation wording are sent to us by the supplier or the airline, and many of them only send that text in English. Some suppliers do offer other languages and we can pass your choice through to them, but it is not something we can promise for every supplier. So you may end up with a site where your own wording is fully in your language while some hotel descriptions stay in English.
Emails, vouchers and invoices can usually follow the same language as the booking, as long as the templates have been set up that way. Which languages are included and whether right to left languages are supported can depend on your plan and on the work needed to prepare the site, so it is worth settling this early rather than after launch.
Make a list of the languages you actually need for your market, then ask us to confirm which of them are ready to switch on and what translated wording you would need to send us.
