Yes, your staff can work from home or anywhere else with a reliable internet connection. The software runs in an ordinary web browser, so there is nothing that has to be installed on one particular office computer. Someone with their own login can sign in from a laptop at home, from a second branch, or from a phone while they are out with a client, and they will see the same searches, bookings and customer records they see at their desk.
We would strongly suggest giving every person their own login rather than sharing one between the team. That way each booking, cancellation and change is recorded against the person who did it, which matters a great deal when you are trying to work out what happened on a file later. The roles you set for each person still apply when they are working remotely, so a staff member who cannot issue tickets or change a markup in the office will not be able to do it from home either.
There are a couple of honest limits worth knowing. If you want to go the other way and lock logins down so they only work from your office, that kind of restriction depends on your plan and has to be set up deliberately, so please ask us rather than assuming it is already in place. Extra login security such as a second step at sign in is also something to check on your plan. And anything that needs a printer, a card machine or a signed paper form in your office will still tie that part of the job to the office.
Before you hand out remote logins, go through your staff list with us and decide who genuinely needs access from outside, and what each of those people should be allowed to do.
