Yes, you can run the portal on your own web address, and that is how most agencies set it up. Your customers type your address, land on your portal, and see your logo, your colours, your agency name and your contact details throughout the booking.
The way it works in practice is simple. You either already own the domain or you buy it from any domain provider you like, and it stays in your own name. You then log in to that provider and enter the settings we send you in writing, which tells your address where to point. It can take a little while for that change to spread across the internet, so do not worry if it is not instant. Once it is live, your pages load with the secure padlock showing, which matters because customers do look for it before entering card details.
I should be honest about what cannot be hidden. Our name will not appear to your customers on the portal, but supplier names will still show where they have to. The airline that issues the ticket appears on the ticket, hotel confirmations carry the hotel's own reference, and the payment page may show your payment provider's name because that is their requirement rather than ours. How many separate web addresses you can point at one account can also depend on your plan, so raise it early if you have more than one brand in mind.
Before you start, check that you have the login for the account where your domain is registered, or the name of whoever manages it for you, and then send us the exact address you want to use so we can give you the right settings.
