Yes, in most cases the money your customers pay on your white label travel website can land in your own bank account rather than passing through us first. The usual arrangement is that you open a merchant account with a payment gateway in your own country, and we connect that gateway to your site using the keys it issues you. Your customer pays on your own branded checkout page, and the funds settle into your account on whatever cycle your gateway normally follows.

There are a few honest limits worth knowing. We can only connect gateways we already support, so if you pick one we have not worked with before it may need development work first, and that depends on your plan and on the gateway publishing proper documentation. Gateways also decide for themselves whether to accept you, and travel is often treated as a higher risk category, so you may be asked for extra documents or asked to leave a rolling reserve. None of that is in our hands.

The other thing to keep in mind is that taking the customer's money is separate from paying the supplier. Many airlines and hotel suppliers want to be paid at the moment of issue, so you will still need a deposit or credit arrangement with them even though the customer's payment is sitting in your own account. We can also switch on offline options such as bank transfer or pay at the office if you would rather handle some bookings by hand.

The next step is to tell us which gateway you are thinking of using and which country your business is registered in, and we will confirm whether it is already supported before you start the application.

Saved.
