Yes, in most setups you can hide your cost from your staff and let them work with the selling price only. The travel agency software uses user roles, so you decide what each type of login is allowed to see. You can create a role for counter staff that shows the final selling price, the booking details and the passenger information, while the net cost, your markup rule and your commission stay visible only to you or to whoever you mark as an owner or manager.
In practice this means your staff search, quote and book exactly as normal. The markup is applied quietly in the background, so the price they see on the search screen is already the customer price. Vouchers, tickets and invoices they generate also carry the selling price, so there is nothing for them to adjust by hand and nothing awkward for the customer to spot.
Be aware of the limits. How far the hiding goes depends on your plan and on what else that staff member can reach. If they can open supplier confirmation emails, airline documents or detailed fare reports, the underlying amount can still show up, because some airline tickets print the fare breakdown and we cannot change what an airline puts on its own document. Anyone allowed to edit markup rules or view the full accounts can also work the cost out, so those permissions should stay with you.
The sensible next step is to ask us to set up a test login with the staff role you have in mind, then sign in yourself and click through a search, a booking and a voucher to confirm you are happy with what is visible before you hand it to your team.
