Yes, in most setups you can build a quote with several options and keep it saved against that customer instead of leaving it buried in your email. You run your searches as normal, pick the flights, hotels or packages you want to put forward, and save them together as one quote with your markup already applied. The customer record then shows what you offered and when, so anyone on your team can pick up the enquiry later without starting again.

What the customer receives depends on how your portal is set up. Usually it is a document or a link in your own branding showing the options side by side, and the customer can tell you which one they prefer or select it themselves if that is switched on. The important thing to understand is that a saved quote is a record of what you offered, not a held booking. Availability and fares come from the airline or the hotel supplier, so when the customer comes back to say yes, the system has to check again before you confirm, and the option may have moved or gone.

How much of this you get varies by plan and by supplier. Some accounts have a full quoting tool with follow up reminders and expiry dates on the quote, others keep it simpler and let you save a single itinerary and resend it. Items you arranged offline, like a transfer you booked direct, can normally be typed in by hand so the quote covers the whole trip rather than only the parts that came from a live search.

The next thing to do is ask our team to show you the quoting screen on your own account, and confirm whether the follow up reminders are included in the plan you are on.

Saved.
