Yes, in most cases the software keeps a record of activity on each booking, so you can see which staff login created it and who edited or cancelled it afterwards, along with the date and time of every action.

The usual entries are things like who made the booking, who changed a passenger name or a travel date, who issued or cancelled a ticket, and any internal notes your team added. One thing to be aware of is that not every change comes from a person. If an airline moves a flight time or a supplier releases a room at their end, the record will often show that as a system or supplier entry rather than a staff name, because the change did not start with anyone in your office. How far back the history goes, and how much detail is stored, can also vary with the plan you are on, so it is worth confirming that before you rely on it for anything formal.

Access to that history is normally tied to the login role. Owners and managers can usually see it while counter staff cannot, and staff are not able to edit or delete entries, which is the whole point of keeping it. That makes it genuinely useful when a customer disputes what was promised, or when you want to understand how a mistake happened without having to take anyone's word for it.

Before you lean on it, give every member of your team their own login instead of letting them share one, because a shared login makes the record almost worthless, and ask us to confirm exactly what your current plan records and for how long it keeps it.

Saved.
