Can I see all my bookings for a particular day in one place so I know who is travelling tomorrow?

Yes, you can. The travel agency software keeps a view of bookings organised by travel date, not just by the date you made the sale, so you can open tomorrow and see every customer who is flying out, checking into a hotel or starting a tour that day. Most agencies use this first thing in the morning as a daily departure check, because it catches the things that are easy to miss when you are only looking at a list of recent sales.

What you see for each booking depends on what was captured when it was made. Normally you get the customer name, the service type, the supplier reference, the times where the supplier gives them to us, and the payment status, so you can tell at a glance whether anyone still owes you money before they travel. You can usually filter the day further by service type or by the staff member who handled it, which helps if you have a busy office and want each person to see their own departures.

Be aware that the detail is only as good as the information the supplier returns. For flights, timings come through reliably, but for some hotel and transfer suppliers you may only get a date rather than an exact time, so a pickup time might need to come from your own note on the booking. Bookings you entered offline will show whatever you typed in.
