Yes, in most cases you can bring your existing spreadsheet records into the travel agency software rather than typing everything again from scratch. The usual approach is that you send us a copy of your sheet, we agree which column means what, and the records are loaded in as customers and as past bookings so your history sits in the same place as your new business.

How smoothly this goes depends almost entirely on how your sheet is laid out. If each row is one booking or one customer, and the names, dates, destinations and contact details are in their own columns, it is usually straightforward. If the information is spread across several tabs, or notes and amounts are mixed into the same cell, somebody has to tidy it first, and that part is normally quicker for you to do than for us because you know what the entries mean.

It is worth being clear about what imported records can and cannot do. They come in as a record of what happened, so you can search them, see a customer's history and pull them up when that customer calls again. They do not become live bookings held with an airline or a hotel, so an old booking brought in from a spreadsheet cannot be amended or cancelled through the supplier from inside the system. Scanned documents and old email threads usually need to be attached by hand, and how much help we give with the loading itself can depend on your plan, so please ask rather than assume.

The best next step is to send a small sample of your sheet with a handful of rows and tell us which details you really need to keep, and we will tell you honestly what will come across cleanly and what will need tidying first.

Saved.
