Yes, you can add your own pages to a white label travel website, and most agencies do this before they go live. Alongside the search and booking screens, the portal normally comes with simple content pages you can edit yourself, such as an about us page, a contact page, your terms and conditions, your privacy policy and your cancellation rules. You type in your own wording, add a picture if you want one, and the page sits in the menu of your site under your own brand.

How much freedom you have depends on your plan and on the design you chose. Some setups let you create as many extra pages as you like, including destination pages or a blog about the places you sell, while simpler ones give you a fixed set of pages to fill in. If you want a page laid out very differently from the rest of the site, that may need our team to build it rather than being something you do yourself from the admin screen, so it is worth asking us first.

What we cannot do is write your legal wording for you. Your terms, your privacy notice and your cancellation rules have to match how your business actually works, the suppliers you sell and the rules in your country, so please have them checked by someone who knows local travel and consumer law rather than copying another agency. We will make sure the pages display correctly and that customers can see them before they pay.

Send us the list of pages you want in your menu along with your draft text, and we will confirm which of them you can edit yourself on your plan.

Saved.
