In almost every place they look, no. A white label travel portal is designed to carry your brand and nothing else, so the customer sees your company name, your logo, your colours and your own domain name in the address bar. The confirmation emails, the booking vouchers and the invoices go out under your company name as well, so from the first search to the final document the customer is dealing with you.

There are a few honest exceptions, and they are worth knowing about before you start telling customers otherwise. If the customer is sent to a payment page to enter card details, that page normally belongs to the bank or payment provider and will show their name, because they are the ones taking the money. In the same way, airline tickets, fare rules and hotel booking conditions are issued by the airline or the hotel, so their names appear on those documents. That is not a gap in the branding, it is simply who is supplying the travel.

How much of the look and wording you can change yourself depends on the plan you are on. Some plans give you control over the page layouts, the text and the email templates, while others apply your branding to a fixed design. If you want a particular page removed or reworded, it is better to ask before you sign up than to assume it is included.

The simplest way to be sure is to ask for a demo portal, walk through a test booking from search to voucher, and note anywhere a name other than yours appears so we can tell you what can be changed.

Saved.
