Yes, in most cases you can see incomplete bookings and chase them. When someone searches, picks a flight or a room and starts entering passenger details but never completes payment, the software usually records that attempt as a pending or failed booking rather than throwing it away. You can open that record, see what they were trying to book, which dates they wanted and whatever contact details they managed to type in before they stopped, and then call or message them yourself.
How much you get depends on how far the customer got. If they dropped out at the very first search screen, there may be nothing to follow up with beyond the route or city and the dates, because no name or contact details were captured yet. If they reached the payment page, you normally have a full record and a clear reason the booking did not go through, such as a card that was declined or a session that timed out. That reason matters, because a declined card is worth a phone call while an abandoned search usually is not.
One honest limit is that the original price and availability will not be sitting there waiting. Airfares and room rates expire quickly, so when you call the customer back you will often need to search again, and the new price may be higher or lower than what they saw. Automatic reminder emails to people who abandoned a booking are also not available on every plan, so if that is important to you it is worth asking before you sign up.
When you get access, go into your booking list and look for the pending or failed status filter, then check what detail is actually stored there so you know how much you can realistically follow up on.
