Yes, in most cases you can enter a booking you arranged outside the system as a manual or offline booking, so your records sit together instead of being split between the software and your inbox. Agents do this all the time for small local hotels, transfers, guides and anything a supplier confirms by email or phone rather than through a live connection.

When you add a booking this way you can normally record the customer, the travel dates, the supplier, the confirmation reference, what you agreed to pay the supplier and what you are charging the customer, and you can attach the supplier's confirmation so it is easy to find later. Once it is saved it behaves like your other bookings for the purposes of your day list, your customer history and your reporting, and in most setups you can raise an invoice or a voucher against it in your own company name.

The honest limit is that a manual booking is only as accurate as what you type in. There is no live link to the supplier, so nothing will update by itself. If the hotel moves the date, changes the room or cancels, you have to edit the booking yourself, and cancellation deadlines you enter are reminders for your own team rather than rules the supplier is aware of. Whether this feature is switched on, and how much detail you can capture, depends on your plan and how your account has been set up.

Have a look in your booking list for an option to add a booking manually, and if you cannot see it, ask our support team to confirm what is available on your plan before you start moving older records across.

Saved.
